I as the original creator of the artwork, have the right to post the artwork on my websites. If you want to stay anonymous, please let me know beforehand (privacy fee may apply).

I will not show any type of WIPs until some part of payment has been given at least (this applies for payment plans).

Payment upfront. I will not start your commission until you pay it fully.

Before I start please specify if you want anthro or feral style if you have a reference of your furry character on both forms.

Please send a proper and clear reference(s) sheet/picture of your oc(s) and other solicited images (more than one is always better).

You have to be the owner of your payment method accounts to avoid any future inconvenience.

Payment plans can be considered on commissions with prices above $200 USD (will be discussed further).

If you choose to have a payment plan, (if available on the current type commission), you can propose a max of 5 payments. The usual payment plans is from 2 payments (half / half)

DO NOT ask for a commission if you don't have enough funds to pay it fully, even if a payment plan is accorded previously.

For Latin American costumers (those who live in their origin country / who don't live in USA or another country) prices in USD will be reduced to match their equivalent in MXN. This is to be more fair and accessible for them. Don't try to get a cheaper commission by trying to lie to me about your nationality or if you live in the US or another country outside latam and earn in dollars. You could end my blacklist if you do. I will give consideration only to customers I know or close friends.

*You have 3 opportunities to make free changes to your commission. They can be used for only one stage (e.g. 3 changes on sketch phase) or spent them on sketch, lineart and coloring phases. Any additional change will cost +$10 USD each (Only applies for minor changes, pose / composition can NOT be changed once final sketch is approved).

By default, all artwork will be sent to the email specified on request. If the file is larger enough to be sent on that way, I could use a Google Drive link to share the final result, 2 week max until I delete the image from storage, so be careful and download the file(s)!

If you would like the image to be sent through Discord or Telegram as a "copy" or "backup", please specify on request!

The final file will always be sent in PNG (or gif, if apply) format in the maximum (original) quality. You can ask for a smaller / rescaled version as long as it is within the possibilities, since it can lose a lot of quality.

I will not share the PSD file of your commission as it helps me to keep track as history and proof of my work.

Please be patient, asking for updates is okay in limited times. Do not ask for strict daily updates, I'll send them to you once I got them, 1-2 update per week is enough, remember that I am a real artist, a human being, and I have personal responsibilities offline.

Usual TAT: 5 days up to 2 - 3 months max BUT it can take more time than expected (even more if I have my 5 slots filled).

Ref sheets and customs take the longest and unexpected occasions do pop up once in a while. I'll contact my commissioners regarding any delays if something happen.

DO NOT remove my watermark / signature from my artwork for any reason and always credit even if my watermark is not added or visible.

You may do anything you want with the artwork after it's completed for your own personal use (printing, reposting etc.) as long as credit is given to me.

You ARE NOT ALLOWED to sell the artwork for profit (e.g. use it as merch if you didn't pay for commercial use) or reproduce, copy, trace the image in any way, edit, make it a NFT, put on a IA, etc.

The standard commissioned piece you receive is for private and personal use ONLY!

Commercial use: +Double of the final price. If you plan to order artwork for commercial purposes, final prices may be changed to what I consider fair for the value of my own work.

None of the images that you send me will be traced, they will all be referenced. I may only use a 3D model to help me on certain situations and perspective if needed.

I won't try copy or replicate an art style, please don't ask me to do so as it's very disrespectful for the original artist and me.

You're paying for MY OWN artstyle, drawing and coloring, not for someone elses.

If you really want your commission to be made with that same favorite style, I suggest you to go and commission the original artist. Do not try to get "something similar but cheaper" from me.

Credits of the artwork belongs to me and characters represented on the commissioned piece belongs to their owners

Refunds are only elegible if there is an extraordinary reason such as a tecnical problem (my computer is not working or got damaged, my tablet is broken, etc.) the decision will fall on my own consideration and can be modified depending on the need / severity of the damage.

If you ask for a refund and I've already started (base sketch sent) /completed your comm, you will not be refunded.

If I haven't heard anything about your commission/directions within a week after payment, you will not be refunded.

If you make changes to your commission to include any of the topics that are not allowed (don'ts section) even after paying, rushing me a lot of times even if I contacted to you about any delays, or just being rude throughout the process, I will cancel your request and not refund you. These could put you on my blacklist.

The time and dedication that I already put into your work is very valuable, always keep this in mind before claiming for a refund.

Please try to be focused on the details and discussion about the commission, avoiding other topics as much as possible.

Usually I just send confirmation messages about your commission and that's it. Don't take it personally or feel that I don't like talking to you or something similar! It's just the way I feel more comfortable and it helps me not to saturate my mind with information and organize myself faster!

I am very friendly and gently with all my clients always and can make a small talk if they allow me to do so! but that does not mean that you should talk for hours about other topics outside the main focus since you can delay me when it comes to continuing with your commission and from others, please respect every people's time.

Avoid any flirty or "dirty like" conversations or speaking to me in a disrespectful manner. This could especially put you on my blacklist under my consideration.

Customs / designs cannot be sold as an adopt later.

For customs It is preferable that you send me a moodboard of your character (if you have one created) or an old reference sheet, otherwise, you must make a description as detailed and specific as possible.

All characters on customs / designs are Adults, NSFW art for them is allowed.

Using the design for commercial purposes (e.g. merch) is ONLY available if the commercial use is purchased.

You cannot sell an adopt for more money than you invested in it unless there's extra art (made by you or commissioned).

Selling the design is ONLY available if there are at least 3 additional works of art (own or commissioned) or if commercial use is purchased.

Trading or selling to those on my blacklist will result in the same punishment.

I can do holds on adopts only for 7-10 days max. if you paid at least 10% of the final price, otherwise I don't guarantee you the adoption if someone wants it and pay fully first.

You're free to repost and use your custom / adopt design however you want as long as you credit me as the original designer.

If you plan on trading an adopt designed by me, please come to me first to check out the potential owner and avoid scammers or any future inconvenience.

I will not sell to those who are openly racist, sexist, pedophile, zoophile, homophobic, and transphobic, etc.
